Traditional processing pain points: Using traditional tool holders results in severe chip wrapping, requiring the use of a G83 peck drilling program. Every 20-30 holes require an M00 pause for manual chip removal, leading to low efficiency. Tool life is short, and frequent tool changes impact production line rhythm.

Bai Jiang Processing Solution: During chip-breaking tool holder machining, the tool holder applies a low-frequency axial vibration to the tool, causing it to follow a sinusoidal cutting trajectory, thereby achieving active chip breaking. The chips are significantly reduced in size during this process. The tool holder can achieve active chip breaking, allowing the use of the G81 program without pausing the equipment for manual chip removal, thereby reducing actual machining time and significantly extending tool life.
